Dr. Charles Dembowski received his Degree Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and his BS in Biology from SUNY Oswego.  He completed his Clinical Education at Cleveland VA Hospital, the Illinois Eye Institute, and the Illinois Institute for the Visually Handicapped.  Dr.
