Services Available at St. Lawrence County Clinic

Effective September 1, 2007, CP Family Health Care Centers in St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties were designated Federally Qualified Health Care Centers (FQHC). The designation accompanied $600K of Federal Grant monies which will allow the two clinics to reach out to the uninsured and underinsured residents
